Room 3 supplied most of the technical equipment for the Scottish Baptist Union conference in Perth in October 2002. This included a d&b C7/C6/E3 sound rig, lighting by SKL, staging and backdrops and live video with 3 cameras and playback from PC and VCR.

The main venue was in the City Halls, while a second venue, the Salvation Army centre was used for a Baptist Missionary Society presentation, again with Lights, sound and video supplied by Room 3.

This was a hybrid hire, with Room 3 doing the setup and teardown, but the operation during the event done by a technical team from the Baptist Union.

Room 3 were able to provide some training and guidance to the local crew to familiarise them with some of the equipment, and were accessible over the weekend to answer any techincal questions.

The event itself went very well, with lots of positive comments to the organisers.
